Its the front cover of a fishtank treatment mag, possibly from around 1973, by Dr. rer. nat. Baensch, and by his account it is (or has been) the worldwide most widely distributed aquaristic publication. I wonder why they didnt find a better cover then. And yes, the fishtank interior has been pasted in somehow.

Lieber UnterUlmern Daniel Zedelmair, wenn du meine bildchen nochmal ohne zu fragen und ohne vernünftige credits und ohne anständige quellenangabe unter die partypics in deinem photokübel mischst, dann gnade deinem gewissen musculus sphincter. Nicht daß ich meine fotos für so besonders toll halten würde, daß sie da keinen platz hätten, aber so siehts jetzt aus, als ob meine entarteten bilder von dir gemacht worden wären.
